The balance of conscious and unconscious mind

  The balance between the conscious and unconscious mind is important for our health. Both of them are important for our life. When we think about something, it is the conscious mind that thinks. Conscious mind is the part of the brain makes us aware of our surroundings, what we are doing, feeling, and thinking. It is active when we are awake and consciously thinking about something or doing something. The unconsciousthinking   is what processes information that we aren't actively thinking about and then relays it back to the conscious mind when it's needed. Consciousness is able to think about all things, feel emotions and take action, whereas the unconscious mind can only feel emotions and take action. The conscious mind is logical, the unconscious mind illogical.
